The Sunrise Burrito

Our Vegan breakfast burrito is comprised of a tofu scramble, peppers onion, spinach, vegan bacon and vegan cheddar cheese. A must side is our homemade salsa!

The ‘Harvest’ Breakfast Scramble

Another great spin on our Tofu Breakfast Scramble. Whether It’s eaten hot or you ‘Take and Bake’ this classic scramble is loaded with potatoes, mixed peppers, onions and blended with our vegan cheddar cheese for a smooth hardy and healthy breakfast.

The 'Harvest' Breakfast Quesadilla

This Quesadilla is filled with our Tofu Breakfast scramble, peppers, onions, a tiny potato’s blended with our vegan cheddar cheese. We grill it slightly on a flattop and serve it with a medium salsa and vegan sour cream.

Not your Nonna’s Balls

A bold spin on the classic ‘meatball hoagie’. Our classic is loaded with homemade plant-based balls soaked in a rich and spicy marinara sauce, melted dairy-free mozzarella and a spring of vegan parm, Italian seasonings all tucked into a nice hoagie.

The Capo Verde’…

This hoagie is loaded with flavor….Lightly fried eggplant layered on an arugula base with vegan Motz, roasted red peppers and Italian seasonings.

The ‘No Bull Chili Bowl’

Our vegan chili is a bold, hearty chili made with sautéed onions, peppers and corn. Plant-based crumbles and hearty beans. Slow-simmered flavor with a sprinkle of vegan cheese to top it off.

The II Piccante…’The Spicy One’

This spicy vegan sausage and peppers are simmered in a hot pepper infused marinara, blanketed in melted vegan mozzarella and served on a toasted hoagie.

The Philly

Our plant-based twist on a ‘Philly Classic’. Seasoned Vegan chicken with chopped onions wit or wit-out vegan American cheese.

The Philly 'Classic'

Our plant-based version of a ‘Philly Classic Cheesesteak’. Seasoned Vegan Steak with chopped onions, and Vegan Chedder Cheese blended throughout. This classic is served on a Vegan ‘Amoroso’ Hoagie with a light schmear of Dukes Mayo slightly toasted.  

 

The Bronx

Just like ‘Little Italy’ in the Bronx, our Vegan spin on a classic. Italian sausage. Spiced just right with sauteed onions and peppers on a hoagie.

The Richmond

Our ‘Southern’ spin on this Classic sandwich. Vegan BBQ with chopped onions and peppers and Vegan BBQ Sauce on a brioche roll.
